Customer Service, Billing Terms & Conditions

Azhar's guarantees that we will beat any competitor's advertised price for a rug of the same quality. Bring us any published price from anywhere -- whether London or Hamburg, New York or Mexico City -- and Azhar's will give you an even lower price. We’re that confident that we have the best prices in the world!

We accept Master Card, Visa, American Express and Discover Card, PayPal, as well as International money orders in US dollars and Corporate checks.

Taxes are not charged if your order’s billing and shipping address are outside of Florida, USA. Orders that are shipped to Florida, USA or orders with a Florida, USA billing address are subject to a sales tax of 7%.

We ship free and shipping insurance anywhere in Main-land USA, therefore not including Alaska and Hawaii. All other options are priced according to size and weight of your products plus your location. All orders via Basic Ground shipping. We cannot ship to P.O. Boxes. All orders are shipped within 24 hours Monday – Saturday between 10:00am – 8:00pm. We use the UPS carriers to deliver your order. Will ship to any physical address in the US. The average time for delivery is from 1-5 business day, depending which state you live. We will email you a tracking number as soon as we ship the rug so you can track your package and get the estimate time. Our package doesn’t require signature confirmation upon delivery unless if you request at the time of purchase.

We ship to all countries in the world, in compliance with U.S. Laws and regulations. The rate charged for the shipping of your order is based on the size and weight of your products plus your location. We cannot provide a shipping cost for each product in the checkout page since that can vary by weight and customs costs according to the country of destination. So we ask you to contact us prior to your purchase so we can give you the cost of shipping. Thank you.

Azhar's guarantees that your Oriental rug is all that we say it is. We guarantee (in a personal letter from Azhar himself) that it is 100% hand-knotted. We guarantee the type of knot, either Turkish or Persian. We guarantee the type of material, either natural silk or wool. We guarantee the country of origin.
And most important, we guarantee that you will be totally satisfied with your purchase or we will replace it with another selection of your choice.
